Dato Sri Liow Soon Hee is Chairman of Winner Dynasty Group. He has been bound up in philanthropies for a long term, caring for vulnerable groups, and meanwhile he also has a heart of mercy. 

He has claimed for charities for several times regardless of the long distance and practically helped those in need. Fearless of distant journeys, he keeps doing good for charities so that children can go to school normally, learn more knowledge and become talents of society in the future.

So, release charities from your heart, take gratitude and respect as your wings and blend in the warm sky, so that the world will be serene. "
